Robert E. Willems

Robert E “Bob” Willems, 97, of Harlowton, passed peacefully in his sleep on Friday, May 10, 2024. Bob was born in a log cabin on the homestead of his parents, Henry and Irene (née Cunnington), on September 24, 1926. Bob married Phyllis Schanke on June 16, 1949.  He is survived by Phyllis, their two children, Robert A (Sherrie Nash) and Becky (Dale Livingston), two grandchildren (Dawn Livingston Tait) and Robin Willems, and two great-grandchildren (Lamont and Amelia Tait). Although he didn’t make it to 100, Bob had a full and long life.  A complete obituary will be provided later.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
